Need to make a call in your X-Type? Here is the absolute fastest way to complete the Jaguar X-Type bluetooth pairing and connect your phone for hands-free calls.

The Quick Pairing Procedure:

  1. Activate Car Pairing Mode: On your radio or touchscreen, use the phone keypad to enter ##3#*# and press the [Send] button (the green handset icon). The system is now in ‘discovery mode’.

  2. Phone Discovery: On your mobile phone, go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth. Scan for new devices. Select ‘Jaguar’ when it appears.
