Choose the right version
This powerful Bluetooth module has several features at once:
Bluetooth, AUX, USB reader and USB charger (5V 2A)
Simply plug it into the back of the factory radio and start playback!
Control track changes through the radio “<<” “>>” buttons, receive or hang up calls.
The kit comes with a microphone that can be installed for calls.
The JAGAUX module is connected instead of CD changer and emulates its work, so the CD changer itself can’t be used together with the module.
Important info:
Early XK8’s/XKR’s (1996 – 1997) have DIN8 connector for CD changer. 1997 – 2006 models have new type of connection – Ai-Net.
If you have 1997 XK8/XKR, please check which connector is used in your car before ordering.
The easiest way is to check the last 6 digits of your VIN: if the serial number is before V018108 — your car has a DIN8 connector. From V018108 onwards — Ai-Net.
In 2000-2006 cars on Premium Audio Systems (Alpine) the module should be connected to the amplifier (!not to the radio!). The length of the wiring in the kit will allow to route the module into the salon.
In other words – if your CD changer is connected to the amplifier and your car was made in 2000-2006, choose a Premium Ai-Net version.
