Where we ship from

All orders are packed and dispatched from Serbia. Orders for items in stock are shipped within 3–5 business days. Every parcel is tracked: you will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery options and prices

• Standard shipping by post — $10 (€10 in the euro area), free on orders over $100 (€100). Usually 7–16 days within Europe and 2–4 weeks to the rest of the world.
• FedEx Express — usually 3–7 business days. The price depends on the destination and is shown at checkout.
• USA — the Serbian Post does not accept parcels to the USA, so there is no standard option: shipping is by FedEx Express, free on orders over $100.
• Portugal — we don’t ship to Portugal by post. Postal parcels are held for customs clearance in Lisbon for weeks and are often sent back. Orders to Portugal ship by FedEx Express, free on orders over €100; smaller orders by FedEx Express for €25.

The Android conversion kit and a few destinations where the post does not deliver are shipped by FedEx Express only; free shipping does not apply to them.

The options available for your country and their exact prices are always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. For EU and UK consumers this does not affect your statutory rights: unless agreed otherwise, we deliver within 30 days after we accept your order.

Countries

We ship to most countries. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we are not able to ship there at the moment — write to us and we will check what is possible.

Customs, import VAT and duties

Parcels are sent from Serbia, which is outside the European Union. We declare every shipment as a sale of goods at its full order value. Our prices do not include import VAT or customs duties of the destination country. Depending on your country, the carrier may collect import VAT, duties and a clearance fee from you on delivery — these are paid by the buyer and are not refundable by us. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering (for example, import VAT in the UK is 20%).

US orders: FedEx collects US import duties and a customs clearance fee on delivery — usually about $20. These are not included in our prices.

Problems with delivery

If tracking has not moved for a long time, the parcel arrived damaged, or something is missing, write to [email protected] with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will sort it out with the carrier and make it right.
